I am a 19-year user of Tracker 7 and have the upmost respect for the Waterwheel team and their product. Our company has both general contracting and water and waste water treatment projects, therefore, with a large asset and project base, the Tracker system is used to the max. The support and product reliability that we have experienced from the Waterwheel team goes above and beyond the normal course of business. Through them we have tweaked our programs to give us repair vs purchase options and maintenance reporting incentive data. We utilize most of the Tracker modules and all have proven highly flexible and beneficial in terms of asset accountability, billing and maintenance recording. We look forward to migration into Tracker 8 and the field benefits that it brings!
